My definition is basically that Chakras are vitality channels situated in the body with relating areas in your ethereal or astral body that go about as conductors or connectors among you and the Universal Life Energy. Each Chakra channels the Universal Life Energy into an alternate sort of energy(emotional, mental, physical, otherworldly, and so forth) that your body requires to work appropriately.

Basically, Chakras are vitality focuses inside the body.

There are seven noteworthy Chakras, however truly there are some more, including some that live outside of our physical and etheric bodies. Until further notice, we'll simply discuss the real seven.
